He is also holds the office of president in the Shorei-Kan Canada Karate Association. Shihan Hargitt spends his time travelling to the member dojos in Canada as well as corresponding and travelling to Japan and other International.
Shihan Hargitt also is the chief Instructor at the Shuswap Dojo in Blind Bay Sorrento.  The Shuswap Dojo is also the headquarter (Honbu) Dojo in Canada and the USA
